Important: Only the first box is free! You’ll get charged on your second delivery. Skip the second and third deliveries after you placed your order then cancel your plan once you received your free box. It’s easy to cancel. I will tell you how later.
HOW TO ENTER A PROMO CODE?
If the discount did not apply automatically, enter the promo code FIH-F75X97VC7U84 at checkout. Expand the arrow down in order summary and enter the code in the promo code box then apply. You can skip this step if your total is $0.
HOW TO SKIP NEXT DELIVERIES?
Hello Fresh is a subscription meal service that delivers food every week. You must skip the next deliveries in case you forgot to cancel after you received your first box so you still have time to cancel and not get charged. Keep in mind, only the first box is free and the next delivery will cost $60 (including shipping).
The dates you see on top of your page are your delivery dates. Select the date for the next delivery, click edit delivery then skip this week. You can skip second and third deliveries.
HOW TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION?
Once you receive your order you can cancel your plan. Go to your account, at the top left corner click the 3 bars and select account settings. Scroll down to the bottom until you see status and click cancel plan.
I’ve done this three times and I didn’t have any problems canceling or skipping deliveries. Their food actually tastes really good and instructions are easy to follow. Some meals are enough for 3 people. You can also send free meals to your friends and family by using your invite link. Click the gift icon at the top right and send a gift. Enjoy!
